Chesterton Academy of Ottawa will host an international online chess tournament for students in Grades 9 to 12. Tournament starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 29.  This free three-hour tournament will test your skills, nerve and discipline. Games are 10 minutes each and the tournament will be hosted by lichess.org. To sign up, register as a user at lichess.org and then send an email by Thursday, May 27 to tournament co-ordinator Santiago Pascual-Meagher at santiagojpascualmeagher@gmail.com. Graduation trip for Grades 11 and 12 in all Chesterton Academy Network schools will include Rome or Portugal.  The destination and dates have yet to be determined and will depend on COVID rules. Chesterton Academy Network of schools plans graduation trips every two years.
